St. Edith CYO Eligibility

Eligibility to play St. Edith CYO Sports is based on the following:

1) A Parish member, or enrolled in an RCIA program at one of the following parishes:

1. St. Edith
2. St. Colette  
3. St. Aidan  
4. St. Kenneth  
5. St. Genevieve

OR

2) Is enrolled at St. Edith Catholic School

1. A player may be enrolled in the school, and not a member of a parish listed in part 1 and still be eligible. 

3) Parish membership and/or RCIA program enrollment must be established on or before the following dates in order for a participant to be eligible to play in the following sports seasons:

1. May 1st - Fall Season (Volleyball)
2. July 1st - Winter Season (Basketball)
3. Dec.1st - Spring Season (Baseball/Softball)



St. Edith Parish eligibility will be verified with the Parish Office between registration for a season and the start of the season. If you are unsure of your player's eligibility, please review this full eligibility document from the Archdiocese of Detroit, and reach out to your sport coordinator to discuss.
